The founders
Co-Founder & Educator
A beauty educator, entrepreneur and institute founder with more than 30 years of experience across India and the United States. Her leadership roles have included Dean at the Paul Mitchell School in Virginia and Director of Education at Graham Webb Academy and Aveda Institute. Her work focuses on raising technical standards while helping professionals build the confidence and business skills needed for long-term success.
Co-Founder
Co-Founder of BeautyUni and Founder and Managing Director of IDEX. He is the force behind Professional Beauty India, a leading platform for beauty professionals, artists and business leaders. Based in London, he has created industry platforms that bring together education, innovation, product discovery and business connections.
Roopa's two decades of education experience in the United States, combined with Vikas's work across international beauty platforms, give BeautyUni a global outlook with a practical focus on real-world results.
